Returns and refunds
ANDREA MUNAO' accepts returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
How to start a return
- Email info@andreacloth.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address in Messina, Italy.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and send it back within 14 days of our reply.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, undamaged and complete. Sealed products must come back unopened where hygiene or safety requires it. We may reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the price of the goods to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the item was faulty or not as described. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or the parcel never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We open a carrier investigation and either resend the order or refund it.
Orders that cannot be returned
Customised items, gift cards, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
